Women of Prayer
Ankole cattle are common in Rwanda and Uganda. Known for their long, distinctive horns, they are revered, with some calling them "Cattle of Kings and Presidents.”
These cattle play a central role in African culture, ceremonies, and even reflect social status, symbolizing prosperity and wealth.
Humming and dancing, Dr. Bavuga and her group celebrate the milk, meat, and leather provided by these regal beasts, all vital for daily life in African villages.
